We at Golden Lamb Skin Studio understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Your STUDIO treatment(s) is reserved especially for YOU. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or NO SHOW will be charged in FULL for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and implemented this policy for this reason.
We ask that FIRST TIME clients please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out a client questionnaire and health form. This allows the skin specialist adequate time to discuss your goals and areas of concern. We want you to feel as welcomed and relaxed as possible. Once you’ve become an established client, we request you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your future scheduled appointment. We like to begin ON TIME. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may need to be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. A full price of scheduled service will apply. Please plan accordingly.
In the event that you purchase any of our spa products for in home use and find them defective and or not a perfect match for your skin, we will EXCHANGE any products within 14 days of purchase or offer a STUDIO CREDIT. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Credits may be used for any additional home skincare product(s) and or any services at Golden Lamb Skin Studio.
In a hurry, no worries, give us a ring we are more than elated to put together something unique for that special someone. Or maybe you find yourself out of your favorite product. We have you covered. We will have your items packaged and waiting for you. Once you arrive we will run your items out to YOU!
