Nestled within the beautiful historic setting of THE STILL SPA, you’ll find Golden Lamb, a serene little space dedicated to thoughtful, elevated skincare.

Be Nice to the Lamb

We do not accept weekend appointments each week – we will instead be available for weekend appointments on the last weekend of each month. But please call ahead before scheduling to see if we are available that last weekend.

Cancellation Policy

We at Golden Lamb Skin Studio understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Your STUDIO treatment(s) is reserved especially for YOU. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or NO SHOW will be charged in FULL for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and implemented this policy for this reason.

Check In

We ask that FIRST TIME clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out a client questionnaire and health form. This allows the skin specialist adequate time to discuss your goals and areas of concern. We want you to feel as welcomed and relaxed as possible. Once you’ve become an established client, we request you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your future scheduled appointment. We like to begin ON TIME. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may need to be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. A full price of scheduled service will apply. Please plan accordingly.

Return Policy

In the event that you purchase any of our spa products for in home use and find them defective and or not a perfect match for your skin, we will EXCHANGE any products within 14 days of purchase or offer a STUDIO CREDIT. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Credits may be used for any additional home skincare product(s) and or any services at Golden Lamb Skin Studio.

In a hurry with limited time and Eeekkk! you realized you are out of your favorite product on top of it, no worries we have it covered! Give us a jingle, we will have your items packaged and waiting and even run your items out to your car!
