Resorcinol, Kojik Acid and Salicylic Acid are the key components in this peel. This peel is designed to refine skin texture damaged by environmental factors and skin conditions such as acne. The procedure assists in smoothing fine lines and evening out skin discoloring. It improves skin texture and reduces the appearance of acne scars and environmental damage to the skin. With each additional Micro-Peel procedure, you will notice incremental improvements of the skin.
We recommend a series of 6 peel procedures in a two to six-week intervals.
How long does the treatment take?
The peel takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. However, anticipate a total of 45 minutes for the entire appointment (prep time, peel and re-hydration/SPF application).
Will there be downtime?
For approximately one week following the procedure, the skin will undergo a renewal process, lightly shedding it’s dead outer layer. Peeling usually occurs four to five days following the treatment and last approximately three days. In addition, you may experience mild itching, dryness, and redness.
